Summer Vegetables
Ingredients
- fresh peas podded
 - fresh broad beans – pod and remove the outer shell from the bean – either blanch in boiling water or remove by hand
 - fresh asparagus – peeled and trimmed
 - fresh beans – trim the ends and drop into boiling water
 
Method
Cook the green vegetables in boiling water, drain and serve in a bowl with a little butter tossed through.
