James Casson apologises for mosque comments

Hamilton city councillor James Casson arrived at a local mosque this afternoon to apologise after he made comments that the terrorist had won if people kept mourning and holding vigils, but he wasn't allowed inside and was forced to make his mea culpa in the car park.
