Government vows to speed up classroom upgrades to boost construction sector

The government has said it is speeding up a suite of classroom upgrades and school maintenance projects to help boost the struggling construction sector. It has announced a near half-billion-dollar investment package this afternoon, though only $58 million of that is new money. Political reporter Lillian Hanly spoke to Lisa Owen.
