Kiwirail manually restarts network after two systems fail

Kiwirail acting CEO Todd Moyle says this morning's network failure, where the signals and its back-up network failed, was "incredibly unusual" and the organisation is working as quickly as possible to restore the system to its usual service. He spoke with Sharon Brettkelly.
