Advocate on govt changes to bowel cancer screening

A health advocate has accused the government of making 'institutionally racist' changes to the bowel screening programme - repurposing funding set aside for Māori and Pasifika. Specialist GP Rawiri McKree Jansen spoke to Charlotte Cook.
