NZ netball premiership kicks off

The national domestic netball competition begins this weekend against the backdrop of a disastrous Commonwealth Games campaign from the Silver Ferns. An independent review of the Silver Ferns campaign is now under way and a major part of that investigation will be whether the domestic competition is developing players of the calibre required to keep New Zealand at the top of the international game.
