Immigration grapples with partnership visa bids

Immigration advisors say too many couples are being kept apart because officials are taking a tougher line on partnership and visitor visas. The immigration minister says those visas can be the last resort for people who can't settle here any other way and pose a signficant fraud risk. Gill Bonnett reports
