Emergency accommodation users share stories with Human Rights Commission

A Dunedin woman has described living in a freezing shed with a gravel floor after being evicted from emergency housing.

She is one the dozens who've come forward to the Human Rights Commission, after it put out a call last month, wanting to hear clients' experiences around the country.

The commission says the system is potentially breaching human rights.
