A new project has found many Maori are embarrassed to speak te reo because they're scared of offending fluent speakers or because they don't look Maori; The death of a young Northland woman sparked a petition to stops early votes of people who die before an election being counted and a new exhibition and newly restored building have been opened to celebrate the one hundred year anniversary of the Maori Parliament.
