Tonight, on The Panel, Wallace Chapman is joined by panellists Verity Johnson and Patrick Phelps. First up, the Government is set to axe Inland Revenue's powers to investigate how much tax is being paid by the rich. The Taxpayer's Union agrees with the move, but Tax Justice Aotearoa says it's shielding the rich. Should tax be private? Then, is the US a rouge state?
