The 31-year-old man, whose name is suppressed until he is sentenced, has today pleaded guilty in the Wellington District Court to a charge of intentionally accessing a Facebook account without authorisation.
His lawyer, Lucie Scott, asked Judge Arthur Tompkins not to enter a conviction, as a discharge without conviction would be sought at sentencing.
The man would be sentenced in November.
