The White Ferns have been beaten by India in their second and final World Cup warmup game.
The New Zealanders were beaten by four wickets in Bengaluru.
After winning the toss and deciding to bat first New Zealand scored 232 for eight from 42 overs in a match which was reduced because of rain.
Captain Sophie Devine top scored with 54 while Maddy Green scored an unbeaten 49 and Amelia Kerr made 40.
Left arm spinner Shree Charani took three wickets.
In reply India were cruising at 203 for two at the 33 over mark before they lost four quick wickets with Bree Illing picking up two of them.
However, they reached their target with eight balls to spare.
Harleen Deol retired with a top score of 74, while captain Harmanpreet Kaur scored 69.
Illing and Jess Kerr both took two wickets.
"Disappointing not to get over the line, but I think the really positive thing is we're seeing some really good signs from our whole squad," Green said afterwards.
"The way Sophie batted tonight was excellent and I thought Breezy (Bree Illing) with the ball has been great and so really looking forward to our first game against Australia."
The White Ferns were beaten by India A in their first warmup game.
New Zealand's World Cup opener is against Australia in Indore on Wednesday.
