Late Night Phil: February 28th (last week) is a big date for Elton in NZ. On that date in 1974, he played at Western Springs Stadium, 16 years to the day later he blew the crowd away at Addington Showgrounds in Christchurch. In fact he's played in NZ about 10 times in NZ since 1971. Tonight, Elton John live in concert from his 60th birthday tour..
