A man has died from injuries sustained in a serious crash earlier this month in Ngāruawāhia.
Emergency services were called to the crash between a car and a motorcycle on River Road about 7am, 1 October.
A police spokesperson said the rider was taken to Waikato Hospital with critical injuries, where he died last weekend.
Police have named the dead man as 59-year-old Ngāruawāhia man Craig Read.
"Our thoughts remain with his family and loved ones."
The circumstances of the crash remain under investigation.
